Don't talk to me about HIPPA

What a joke! Have you ever gone to the governments rules and regs on HIPPA?  We are the ones who have had our privacy violated and guess who gets any restitution?  Not that the government is really collecting any penalty fees or even being a watch dog!  All we get is a nice little letter from the medical institution that has violated our rights saying "sorry" and here is a coupon for a pint of ice cream.  See if I sign any more HIPPA papers!  People it's time you speak out, enough is enough. You have rights use them.

What a handsome kid

Went to the grandsons choir concert last night. Very nice.  Hard to believe he is growing up, going to be in high school next year. Such a handsome young man, we are so proud of him.

Yikes - Girl Scouts

What we do for our kids or grand kids really! Daughter called " Mom I locked the keys in my car at work, Hailey has girl scouts tonite, can you pick us up and take us to girl scouts then take us home."
Well gee don't you keep a spare, heck no she would lock those in the car too! So okay it takes me a half hour to get them picked up and to girl scouts at 6:30. The real fun started when I pull in the driveway at the scout leaders house and there is this woman trying to back up this humongous SUV that she sure as s.... can't drive, or at least back up. It must have taken her 5 tries to back that thing into the grass with nothing around her. Now you know I can't say anything cause the little munchkin of a granddaughter is sitting in the car, boy I was sure thinking it. But wait while I am waiting for this yoyo to back up, this red van goes zooming around me, what kind of crazies are these that take their kids to girl scouts I say to myself. They sure know how to teach their kids something, not sure what but it has to be something. Another day, another fun time with daughter and granddaughter! Munchies were good anyway! And I got the hell outta there before the crazy lady did!

Our First Thoughts

Welcome to our blog, or should I say mine? However Tim's woodworking artistry needs to be showcased and he isn't going to blog (he needs to stay in the shop and create anyway) Or is that where he goes to stay out of my way so I can rant and rave and share my thoughts here! He might get to write a few things if he is lucky. If I am lucky I can keep up with his website, facebook, and blog at the same time. Yikes!
